Yes, you can. but your system specification barely touches the minimum requirements and not the recommended. so you can play fortnite but it may lags and stutters. but for more specific can you tell me what is your GPU? To see your GPU go to Win + X > Device Manager > Display Adapter.

Thanks, I haven't bought it yet. Looking for a laptop for my son which he can play fortnite on, any suggestions of one that aren't stupidly expensive.
