Can today's laptop support vista with DX 10?

Have you seen anything on a new Dual-Core. Besides the X2. Like the new Memron or whatever the new Dual-Core laptop Intel is releaseing?

Just that Intel is ahead by like 2 months and set to release it mid-summer.

Finally some competition so AMD can pump up their product line and we can benefit.
