Can u unlock cores on kuma chips? help please !!!

why i ask is because PC wizard 2010 say i h 4 cores but two of them are locked .

my system spec. are on my profile.

if u have any links or ides on how to unlock an AMD athlon Kuma7750 please post it THANK U !!!
