Can you call with an unlocked gsm iPhone

I was planning to buy an unlocked iPhone 6 and it gave me an option of sim free and gsm but can I still call if it has any of those options?

You will still need a mobile service provider to make call. So contact your provider to see which iPhone6 is supported
