My laptop is HP 14-D002TX...

All i know, the laptop has a dedicated graphic card, the Nvidia GeForce 820M with 2 Gbytes of Video Ram...

Now, i want to know about:

- how much Ram does the laptop can handle for the maximum power of the motherboard? (I dont know is it wrong or correct, is it maximum is 4 Gbytes?)

- if the maximum ram is... [i dont know the maximum ram capacity], and i have 2 slots, can i put 2 maximum ram on 2 slots? So, it will be 8 Gbytes [I'm worried if it's gonna overloaded]

Hope you can help me with this questions, and that would be great! ;)

I see conflicting info on HP's website. This page says 4GB -- https://support.hp.com/my-en/document/c04074953 But that might be the default amount. The service manual -- http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04018268 seems to show two DIMM slots and a max of 16GB RAM.
If it were me, I would unplug the unit, and remove the battery. Then open the service door and look. See if there are two DIMM slots.
The HP service manual lists these three part numbers for memory
8-GB (PC3L, 12800, 1600-MHz) 693374-001
4-GB (PC3L, 12800, 1600-MHz) 691740-001
2-GB (PC3L, 12800, 1600-MHz) 691739-001
