If I remove the power cord my latop close. Yesthurday the battery was taking charge of the rest. What is my problem?

No, when I remove it the ligth does not show. When I put the charger into the laptop the power button of the laptop flash.

If the battery is plugged in properly, you had it charging for a while, and it does not run on the battery, contact ASUS for support. There is no need to bey trying things or buying anything for a new laptop, use the warranty service.

Anyone has a solution Asus they are sleeping ont it...

Power supply is fine. I will send it to Asus no choice. Not even a week of use, very frustrating for a 2500$ laptop. Any gift for that...lol life a highway.
