Cannot Connect To VPN, Help :(

There has been a recent change in my dorm WiFi. I cannot connect to VPN anymore.
I've tried betternet, hotspot shield, openVPN, Ivacy and Cyber ghost.

My college dorm is blocking the connection to the servers somehow. Can someone help me bypass this please. Its very frustrating 🙁

I need to use it because many websites are blocked, unreasonably.
(And torrents)

Is there a VPN setting I need to change? Or a certain VPN? Can I change internet settings? Please help

It's their(school's dorm) network. What they allow(or don't allow) is up to them. Tom's policy is to not help bypass security measures.
