cannot download App. Don't have any devices.

I am trying to download the AA breakdown app. I have signed into Windows account. I have linked Google account to phone as far as I can see anyway., but I cannot download the AA app onto the phone. It comes up with a red triangle that says I don't have any devices. When I click on that it says I haven't accessed the Google play store app with this email account. I haven't got the play store app on the phone!! Can anyone help before I throw it out of window?

The Google Play Store is a place you'd gone using an Android 'phone. Try the Microsoft Store - sounds like you have a Windows 'phone. I'm in the AA but don't use the App but it's possible they only "do" Android and Apple.
