Solved! Cannot enter bios

i have an acer 3620 I get an error message PXE-E61 media test failure check cable
PXE MOF Exiting PXE ROM
Operatin system not found
I think my hard drive has failed and need to get in to bios I hit the f2 and nothing happens
can anyone help
