Cannot find my model on Toshiba website?!

I have a Toshiba Satellite L500-01D and it is not on the Toshiba website so i cannot download the needed drivers because my function keys are not working.

Toshiba Product Support website
Look under the Communicate heading. Call Toshiba and ask them.
Or post in the Toshiba community forums and see if they can figure out what's up with your model.
