How I'm supposed to do when internal storage space is not shown in file manager

Which version of Android are you running? Find out in Settings>More>About Device. If it's olde than Android 6.0 there is no internal storage as such. Back then, everything to do with the system was stored in the device and nothing except your personal files - music, pictures, etc. could be stored on an SdCard.

Only in Andrid 6.0 and newer can you nominate your SdCard as either Internal or Portable storage but not a mixture or both. If you want to install Apps on the card, make sure they don't depend on being in the system folders.
