cannot identify android tablet, how to get a manual or users guide?

This 10.02" refurbished, factory restored android tablet has features I cannot access without knowing what kind it is? How can I find the identity of this tablet? I have many questions which require information I do not have. Is there any way to identify this tablet?

Have you tried going into settings? At the bottom of the list if you scroll down, it usually says "About Tablet". If you tap this, another column of choices will appear. Tap on "Hardware Info". It should at least show a model number. If you Google that number, perhaps you can find more information about what brand it is.

Yes the build number in settings..about tablet...google that and it gives all the info.!!!
