Cannot open PDF while in China

My employer travel from the U.S. to China (his home country). He cannot open PDF when he is in china, but has no trouble while in the U.S.

He currently uses the Adobe reader. Will the full version of Adobe help to correct this?

It may be so. Try to send pdf file while he is in China.
