Question Cannot Send Photos

I cannot send photos via text from my iPhone 6 to any Android phone. Although my wife can send on her exact same phone.

I've done a full erase and restore.

Very odd.

Yes, tried those.

Apple said to get a case number from Verizon and they will look into it more. Verizon is currently trying to send me a test picture that I have not yet received.

After extensive troubleshooting with both Verizon and awaiting a call back from Apple (they sent the issue with logs to the engineers). I decided to try to do a fresh install without restoring from the cloud. All works!

Just went ahead and started over on phone as new phone (not restored from the cloud). Can send photos! Yay. And perhaps the phone runs a bit quicker as well.
