The BIOS says I have Windows 8 on this HP laptop

I've managed to install Windows 7 but can't activate it

OXC 004B100 error

Yes I did. I think it was a BIOS problem

MS called me back st 10 a M this Sunday and solved the problem!!!

Took 3o minutes
