Can't adjust the screen brightness of my laptop

Hello everyone ,
I have a Toshiba Satellite C55DA , I was able to adjust the brightness of my laptop, but now I can't adjust i
My laptop type is : Toshiba Satellite C55DA , windows 10.
Before I was able to adjust the screen brightness by clicking on the (click F3 to increase the brightness and F2 to decrease the brightness), but now I can't adjust the brightness, I tried a lot but I can fix it.
Any advice please.

Hi,

Do try installing the Toshiba Function key software if it's not working if your toggling the function keys to adjust the brightness. If that will not solve the problem do try a System Restore, restore it back to an earlier date or time before the problem even happened. Also uninstall/reinstall the graphics driver that may help as well in resolving the issue. Lastly, if all these will not work you may need to run a factory reset.
