Cant backup from iphone

can't back up my information from iphone to my computer. It indicate that my computer doesn't have the authorization.When i authorized it say that the computer doesn't have the authorization. Please tell me what i should do, because i don't ant to loose my information the is already on my iphone 4s.

Actually you can just authorize the new computer and transfer all your usual stuff to the new computer by identifying the library where the programs are stored.
As for your iphone information and everything else, you just need to plug the phone in and sync to the new computer saying yes to sync to the new computer itunes library.
