Cant block sales numbers!!

Im trying to block a few calls that are sales calls. I followed the block numbers step by step, and it only gives me 2 options. To add to my contacts or delete. Im recieving 16 to 18 sales calls a day from these people and im seriously getting pissed about it. Please help!!!!
