Can't boot Windows 10 from USB

I can't seem to boot windows 10 to from my usb to my pc. I downloaded the ISO version and used rufus to convert it to a usb version. Will not boot, I've prioritized usb as well.

Instead of Rufus, try using the Microsoft media creation tool to create a Windows USB install drive.
