can't complete initial set up for cambio

Every code I've gotten (after waiting 3 hours to get code) always says "invalid" 2 days of this and I'm so dang frustrated and angry I want to break this tablet over my knee. Tried calling customer service only to be told they're closed...on a FRIDAY. When I get a new code and click "next" nothing happens. I can't even use the damn thing. I've tried rebooting and nothing is working. I'm not tablet illiterate, I've owned them before,.
