I have a HP 240 G3, and there's a yellow light on the F12 key, when i press it nothing happens and it says that there are no connections available, when i connect an external wireless device it works though, so i don't know what's happening, i don't know if this is driver-related or this means the laptop is faulty, if it's driver related , please tell me which of these i should download to get this to work

Thanks in advance

Solution
This is usually hardware related.

You can try downloading the driver and reinstalling it.

The easiest fix is often to go to a USB wifi adapter, which it sounds like you already have done.
