Can't decide between these laptops! Help! Which should I buy?

100 dollar difference but I can barely see a difference besides the HDD space and an upgraded cpu and gpu. Are these upgrades worth it? If you have any other laptop suggestions, post them!

For the extra $100 i think its worth it, 1TB vs 750GB HDD, AMD A8-5550M vs A10-5745M , in the future you might kick your self in the butt for not doing the upgrade i've stumbled through this problem before
