Cant decide between these two laptops:

Acer Chromebook 13,3 w/ 2GB RAM and Tegra K1 or HP Stream 13-c080no 13,3 w/ Intel Celeron Bay Trail and 2GB Ram. Want the fastest laptop with the best keyboard. Chrome OS fits my needs so Windows not necessary. Both cost roughly the same at around 220 USD.

What about speed? The HP comes with 64 bit Win 10 which is pretty heavy. Isnt the chromebook faster?

No 64 bit is always better.

The HP one also has 9 hours of battery life according to PCMAG.
