I would like to buy a new simple device to do school work on, I found two suitable choices considering the price, which of these would you choose based on the performance of the hardware?

If the Nvidia chromebook is worth having only 2gs of ram then I will get it, but if the Celeron card is actually better paired with the 4g ram I would like to know if thats worth thinking about

Edit: I copy and pasted the computer specs so you dont need to use the links.

CPU: Intel Celeron Processor N2830
Memory: 4GB DDR3
Hard Drive: 16GB SSD
11.6-Inch HD 1366 x 768 resolution, high-brightness Acer ComfyViewTM LED backlit TFT LCD

or

NVIDIA Tegra K1 mobile processor
On-board 2GB 1600MHz DDR3L SDRAM; 16GB eMMC
14.0-Inch diagonal HD AntiGlare WLED-backlit display (1366x768); NVIDIA's Kepler architecture-based GPU with 192 NVIDIA CUDA cores
2x2 802.11ac WLAN and Bluetooth; Micro SD Card Reader; 1 SuperSpeed USB 3.0; 2 Universal Serial Bus (USB) 2.0; HDMI
