Can't decide to buy which laptop MSI or Goagabyte?

I have difficulty to decide which laptop to buy.

Gigabyte P35Wv2-CF4 Gaming Notebook 15.6" Intel i7-4710HQ 8GB 1TB+128GB SSD
- NV GTX870M DVD BT W8.1 1300 CAD

MSI Notebook GT60 2QD-1066US Dominator 15.6" Intel i7-4710MQ 8GB DDR3 1TB HDD
- NV GTX 970M 3GB Video Ram,Super Multi HDMI BT W8.1 1300 CAD

MSI Notebook GE60 2QE-871US Apache Pro 15.6" (1920x1080) Intel i7-4720HQ 8GB 1TB HDD
- Nvidia GeForce GTX960M DVD/RW HDMI BT W8.1 1150 CAD

someone help plz... I mainly play dota 2... is cheaper one good enough?
If I spend 1300 CAD, which one is better for gaming 870M +128 SSD or 970M?
