Can't decide whether or not to go with the HP Envy Intel Core i7 or the Toshiba Satellite i7?

Both are very similar in their features, but I want quality. Which one will be better for my daughter who likes a speedy laptop where she can multitask and play games. Some expert help would be greatly appreciated.

You're not giving us much to go by, but I'm guessing you're the one paying for the laptop. That means you'd probably be more comfortable with the sturdy Satellite. Your daughter, however, will probably prefer the more stylish Envy.
