Can't do anything conected to UAC!

I am the administrator on my computer,but for example every time I try to move something to C: DRIVER it asks for a permission and when i press Yes it shows me like the file has been transferred but nothing really happened,so can anyone please help me???

That's a security rule, that even applies to the administrator account. Copy the file to an other location on c, like the temp folder and to c or program files from there.

the problem is that everything by the way it looks is fine and they show me the copying window and asks for the permission but when the copying is done the file is nowhere to find like i didn't do a thing,that is my problem

Search for the filename on the entire c disk. You might find the copy in a location called virtual store. Or copy the file to the same folder twice. If it asks to overwrite the existing file, it is most likely a permission problem. In this case you can try to take the ownership for the folder in question.
