cant download the app store

I recently bought an lg android phone. It would allow me to download any app. Not even the play store app. I did a factory reset and still nothing. Everytime I hit Google play store to try and download it and its says no URL.
Could really use someone's help please.

Isn't the "App Store" an Apple only store?

Maybe there is something I'm missing?
Are you saying that you can not download Google Play on your android phone? EVERY android phone I've had came with Google Play already installed!
I doubt that anything in the Apple App Store would even run on an android phone!
