cant find j4 my model no. toshiba A215-S5808

please anyone help me to reset my old Toshiba A215-S5808 bios password. To this model i can't find j4 beneath the ram. I am trying this for 3 weeks but in vain. So please if any of you guys happen to own this model and have the same problem I would really love you to share the solution.
