my laptop came from japan. Cant find the key for the symbol for foot measurement

The international standard symbol for a foot is 'ft'.

Actually ft is the abbreviation. The symbol is ′ as in 6′ 6″ (for 6 ft 6 in) It's also slightly different to the punctuation mark.
