cant find webcam on my toshiba satellite c55

I have a Toshiba satellite c55 with windows 10 installed. I believe its a 64 bit, and I cant use or find the webcam. ive clicked on camera and it just says something went wrong.

Hi,

According to Toshiba Support site you can just search for Camera then click on it and should work but if you're getting some errors try to uninstall/reinstall the webcam driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the webcam driver.
- Reboot your PC after the uninstall and it should reinstall the driver automatically.
- After the reboot do test if your webcam will work.
