If your TV model is from 2012 or earlier, you likely have the older version of the YouTube app. The YouTube Flash app on older TV device models will no longer be available starting June 30th 2017.

Youtube themselves are transitioning to HTML5 based, over the older Flash setup.
If your TV is not compatible, the app is not available.
