Can't get Google play storeally to work

I have a zte mimI blade phone I have installed Google play storeally but when I try to open it. I get a message saying error while retrieving information from server [RH-01]

If you can't get that app to work, you would need to check with the app's creators to make sure that the app will work with your device. Not all phones can handle all apps.
