can't get my cyberpower laptop to play dvd's

Have been playing DVD's on my Cyberpower laptops for years, recently it won't play any DVD's. Any suggestions?

What OS are you using? Windows 10 does not natively have a program for DVD playback...

There are options in the MS Store, along with popular free online options like VLC Player.
