We kind of need more info... What type of picture is it?

*edit* My apologies I didn't realize it was a phone. Should pay more attention 😛.

What kind of photo is it? Did you get it in a text? If so do you have data on your phone? Multimedia messages (video and picture) require internet to "download" the content.
