cant hear conversation over tv because of loud music

Solution
A pair of headphone which is biased toward the MIDrange, and perhaps an headphone amplifier with built-in nice 7-10 band parametric equalizer should help.
Do you mean the dialogue audio is very low so you can't hear it over the other sounds? Need some better details, what equipment do you have, is this happening with every source and every video, did it always do this? You may want to try some external speakers, some soundbars actually have a dialogue booster since this issue with low speech is pretty common

Yes it is on all TV regardless if it TV,or Movie, especially you tube they all play background music so high I can't hear what they are saying at an volume level. I have been trying all kind of head phones for years.
A person could make a million dollars over night if he invented a device for old people who have this problem.
Thanks Mac

Thanks to all that responded to my problem and will try each and every one of them. My father and grandfather had bad hearing. Along with me doing auto body work as well as Scuba diving for 50 years didn't help either + old age. I have a lot going against me. I use ear phones all the time for TV but only understand about 1/2 of what is said. So again thanks for all the suggestions very good information.
