cant load into bios

i have a Toshiba p845t-101 and when i turn it on it will load straight to the windows logo and not the Toshiba logo so i cant access the bios.

Tap whatever key to get into the bios as soon as you turn it on. If you dont, it'll boot into windows

Do you still have windows 8 installed, or have you upgraded to windows 10? There is a way to load into bios from windows from either operating system.

its still on windows 8.1 and ive tried every button and it wont load into the bios

Well it's either the del, F2 F10 or maybe F11 key

my original keyboard has stopped working so im using a wireless external keyboard would this make a difference when trying to load into the bios
