Question Cant mount cache

Inhave an RCA Voyager and after attempting a hard reset started receiving the following error
Cant mount/cache/recovery/last_locale

I cannot enter recovery mode and resetting does nothing to help the issue

I have an RCA Voyager and after attempting a hard reset started receiving the following error

If it's in warranty contact RCA support. If it's out of warranty toss it and get a better quality tablet. RCA tablets break often.

Without someone examining the system board not likely to find out what caused it. That error message is when the system can't read something from the memory, so guessing the storage or memory on the system is bad. They are cheap enough to be disposable and well known for issues. 90% of the issues on the forums have to do with RCA or Nextbook tablets.
