every time I try to open bios (by either pressing F12 and DEL while it boots up or by holding shift, clicking restart) my light on my monitor just blinks on and off and wont turn on.
P.S. while my computer boots up, I never see my motherboard manufacturer pop up and it instead goes straight to the windows load screen
