I can't overclock my Intel 3570K because my motherboard is locked. Anny sugetions to unlock my locked motherboard, or to overclcok my CPU by other ways. Thanks.

You can't raise the multiplier past the boost clock, plain and simple. You can raise the BCLK, but it's not recommended since that affects more than just your CPU.
