Can't play the media

hello, I'm having a problem wih my usb for quite a long time. it can be connected and the media shown on the screen but I cant play it or move to the right or left. It seems like it stuck there. I change the remote thinking it was broken but the same situation happened. The only thing that work is the volume button. I'm using the universal remote at this moment and already set the remote to the tv.

Not really sure where the issue is, you are talking about a problem with "your USB", your USB what? Need details about what you have and what you are trying to do.

Universal remotes don't always have all the functions of the original remote. If your TV doesn't have controls on the panel or an app to operate it then try to get the original or replacement original remote. Usually available online.
