Can't send text messages

My phone hasn't been sending my text messages, but it can receive them. I tried to do sms through messenger as well as the regular text message icon. It will not send any texts on either one.

You need to contact your carrier/service provider. Had it happen to me before. Usually it means there is a problem on their end, they get stuck somewhere, and when they get them moving again your phone will go crazy getting them all.
