Can't send video because it say file unsupported why

Every time I want to sent a video in a text or Facebook it says file unsupported. How can I fix that so I can send them?

If this is through the phone's messaging app, it should work and you should talk to your carrier/service provider if it isn't.

However, if this is in the Facebook app, you need to contact them about the issue. They may not allow the file type you are trying to send.
