Can't tether to my computer via usb tethering

My computer is old . So it can't connect via wifi. But when i try to tether my phone to use internet . It says"no network access. It used to connect before.

Are you sure USB tethering is still turned on in the phone? Do you still have data on the phone? And are you sure your carrier/service provider hasn't now blocked this option? (it happens)
