Can't turn on Shadowplay..

Okay, so i recently installed GeForce Experience and wanted to try out ShadowPlay, however, i noticed i couldn't start it..

My Specs:
i5-4210 2.9-3.5GHz
GTX 850M 4GB DDR3 version 2.9.1.35
4GB RAM


Also, i have tried the "restart it in services" method and it won't work, and i can assure you that my game is in fullscreen. Do i need the latest GPU update or what?

And if you guys know any recording program that doesn't stutter my FPS (OBS is taking too much >.>) i would love to know, thx m8s

Does my GPU also have to be the latest update in order for it to work? Cause i have a new update on mine

In your first picture just click the ''light-switch'' on the left side of the window. That's all you have to do.
