Can't use my comm

Hi,

I'm really clueless about computers so I'm just going to write down what I've been seeing.

I just bought the Asus UX330C [Windows 10] three days ago and today I was just opening up my computer as per normal when a blue notification popped up and restarted my laptop. This happened several times, but generally the errors they displayed were 'memory management' 'irql not less or equal' and 'faulty hardware'. I did a scan with the prompt chkdsk c: /r /x, but the scan turned up with nothing. I've been attempting to do a reset, but it keeps getting stuck at 4%. Any advice?

"1. What is a comm?"

I guess he means "computer" - - lazy use of the keyboard, not to mention there's only one 'm' in computer - lol

Only 3 days old & with those errors (especially "faulty hardware") seriously I would contact the manufacturer to have it looked at or exchanged under warranty.
