Solved! Can't view my gallery

I am unable to view my gallery this is a phone that's just running on Wi-Fi no service it's raining now I don't know if that has a problem to do with it but I'm unable to see anything it's just white and keep saying that it's loading and nothing comes up

Perhaps try closing your gallery app and starting it again.
