Solved! Can't view vhs tape just get sound

I have Roxio VHS to DVD 3Plus and evertine I try to transfer I only get sound not the vhs to view Ive tried 2 different VCR and Roxio Tech Support is useless

When connected to a TV, is the video there?

Assuming it is, double-check your video connection to the USB adapter, including using a different cable.
