can'tset up default to ext sd on TabS

No one seems to be able to answer this !
Like others I have tried. Toms help but I don't have 4 bar icon in top right corner hence no settings option . Please can this be explained? How does one get round it?

I'm not surprised with so little info. You haven't specified which application you're referring to.
I suspect you're referring to Google Chrome but my assumption may be wrong.
