Hello!

Just for my clarification:

Can I use any kind of SD and HD camera as a webcam, if I have a capture card installed?
Can you suggest me some capture cards for this purpose? Thank you for your time.

As long as the camera outputs a signal type the capture card can input (composite, s-video, etc).

Which card you want depends on what you want to do, and what the budget is.

I just want it for the purpose of using the camcorder as a webcam with Skype. I don't need other features.
